Total Seal

 

Total Seal is an alternative to bolt in or slide in truck bed liners.  Total Seal is a coating sprayed on the bed of your dump truck or trailer.  The coating enhances the stick release of products, dumping with less time and effort.  There is no seams, bolts, drilled holes in bed, or no welding of cover strip or exterior weld discoloring. The coating will act as a thermal barrier to help maintain temperature in hot products and can stand temperatures up to 350 degrees for products such as hot asphalt.  Since this coating adheres to the trailer, it will prevent any hauled products from getting under the coating, eliminating any cross contaminating problems. The coating maximizes corrosion resistance on the interior of dump box or trailer.

There is a 3 year limited warranty that will be issued when owner has the proper coating installed for the appropriate product hauled.  The following is a list of different thickness of spray on coating and the suggested uses for each thickness.
